No More Heroes

Hi I'm Travis Touchdown

C'mon lets fight!

Bagaimana cara beratemnya? Tombol A berguna untuk mengeluarkan sabetan combo, dan tilt motion sensing Wiimote menentukan bagaimana Travis memegang Beam Katananya (atas / bawah). Pukul! Pukul! Pukul! Begitu musuh sudah diambang ajal... layar akan berubah menjadi lebih hitam dan akan muncul petunjuk arah sabetan wiimote... slash! you got a cool final blow!
Tombol Z digunakan untuk lock on

Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 Preview

Love them or loathe them, if you were even remotely interested in Wii this time last year there was no way you could have ignored Rayman and his terrifying Rabbid chums. The original game was probably the most high profile Wii launch title except for Wii Sports and Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess, and although we weren't all that taken with it at the time, it proved to be a big success for Ubisoft.

The sequel, we're happy to report, fixes practically everything we found annoying about the first version and looks set to stand head and shoulders above every other minigame compilation we've played. We visited Ubisoft's Paris studio for some extended hands-on time with Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 and came away suitably impressed by the amount of party-loving fun the developers have managed to pack into it.

The biggest change is that it's now an exclusively multiplayer experience. We tested it with a full complement of four players, which is the way almost all of its new minigames are designed to be played.
A handful are hotseat games, in which players take turns, but if there are ever less than four people playing in the rest of them then AI characters will fill in.

ASH Preview

"I want the staff to do their best until they really turn into ashes," said Mistwalker's Hironobu Sakaguchi to Famitsu in Japan recently. The magazine caught up with him to talk about what's new with Mistwalker's DS strategy RPG Archaic Sealed Heat (ASH).

According to Famitsu, the game is a different mix of strategy and role-playing than players usually see. Characters share action points, opening up a variety of options like rushing all at once with one character or moving all three in your party a bit at a time. The controls are menu-based and stylus centric: to move your characters, you draw a path along the grid. For visuals, the developers promise "spectacular" FMV based animation. But all that data has to go somewhere, so ASH will be the first DS game on a two-gigabit cart.

Ghost Squad Hands On

Light gun shooters haven't always been popular at home, and not just because pointing the gun off-screen to reload sometimes incurs collateral damage ("why is my plant pot in the fire"). Instead it's the old dichotomy of arcade and home - what's brilliantly brief in amongst the slots is bewilderingly insubstantial when your receipt says 39.99.

Making your arcade game work in the home is difficult to do, as SEGA will grimly attest - but SEGA's also one of the best examples of a publisher figuring it out, having delivered OutRun 2006 to universal acclaim. That game offered isolated, untouched arcade versions alongside modified and expanded adaptations that built on what we liked about the coin-op originals without betraying their memory.

Doing the same for a light gun game might seem harder, but Ghost Squad's set-up suggests it could succeed - and the game's Wiimote controls are a surprisingly splendid substitute for the massive assault rifle weaponry hooked up to the game down the pier.

In it, you take control of a member of the Global Humanitarian-Operation and Special Tactics Squad (a backronym that's only outdone by our own sadly non-fictional Serious Organised Crime Agency), and it's up to you and up to three comrades to take down some of those pesky terrorists you hear about on the news. These ones are a bit more successful than ours though, and have managed to do things like smuggle about 48 of themselves onto Air Force One.

Medal of Honor: Heroes 2 Preview

Unlike other shooter franchises, Medal of Honor isn't done with WWII yet. This November EA is releasing Medal of Honor Heroes 2 for PSP and Wii, giving you another shot at Hitler's Nazi Germany. We recently spent some hands-on time with the game so that we could find out why you might consider earning yet another medal of honor.

MoHH2 features a single-player campaign that spans several areas, placing you in control of an American O.S.S. agent. The game has seven missions on the Wii version and six on the PSP's. The Wii game also has Arcade Mode, an on-rails shooter gametype where players just have to point and shoot to play. The mode is designed for use with the Zapper and has been added to the Wii version to lower the barrier of entry into the franchise. It even has a "tip" system that tells players who are doing "really well" that they may want to try moving on to the regular single-player campaign. Or, on the other side of the spectrum, the game will also give a "tip" to players who are sucking at the single-player campaign to try the Arcade Mode

Table Tennis Hands-On

Few would argue with the success of Wii Sports. The tennis game alone is good for hours of social fun. But wouldn't it be nice to actually be able to control your Mii as it ran around on the court? You know, just in case you wanted a little extra involvement in your game beyond swinging the Wiimote at the right time. After a quick play session with Rockstar's Table Tennis at this year's Leipzig Games Convention, it looks like those who want a bit more out of their paddle sports should soon be getting their wish. Don't worry, casual gamers, there's room for you here too.

Rockstar Games Presents Table Tennis first appeared last year on Xbox 360. If you played that game, a lot of the presentation will feel familiar. All of the characters, clothing, and arenas make a return for the Wii. Even the character's relative strengths and weaknesses remain true to the original. It's the controls that make this game a whole new match.

Metroid Prime 3: Corruption Hands-On

Metroid Prime 3: Corruption begins as space-drifting heroine Samus Aran awakens from a cryogenic sleep to a fleet of Federation Ships. In a first for the acclaimed franchise, you take control of the character well before her feet touch the ground. Your initial mission is to guide her Hunter-Class Gunship to Docking Bay Five on the enormous battleship, S.S. Olympus. While you can engage its thrusters and tinker around with several of its in-cockpit gadgets, including a screen that tallies exactly how many kills you've amassed and even how many times you've shot your weapon, you don't ever really control Aran's ship so much as you select positions on a galactic map for it to fly toward. (Later, you'll be able to call the ship to Aran's side -- it can rain down extra firepower when necessary or, bare minimum, function as a portable save system, literally flying a save portal your way.) Before you've got a moment to ponder the fact that the game's epic storyline is delivered by way of genuine and very well acted voice work -- all the humanoid characters save for Samus have speaking parts -- the Space Pirates are attacking and soon after you're off on a quest to save the galaxy.

Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 Preview

On a platform with way more than its fair share of pick-up-and-play party games, Rayman Raving Rabbids has stood out among the crowd on the Wii thanks to its wacky sense of humor and inventive use of Nintendo’s motion controller. As the best selling third party title on the Wii to date, a sequel was inevitable. Rayman Ravin Rabbids 2 introduces 60 all new mini-games and retains the first game’s unique personality, but doesn’t add much in the way of new gameplay mechanics. From what we’ve played thus far, the overall experience feels almost identical to the original.

Mercury Meltdown Revolution

In Mercury Meltdown Revolution, players guide a mercury blob around futuristic environments complete with moving machinery, test tubes, trap switches, spikes, rotating walkways, dangerous ledges, and other obstacles, in order to reach an end-level goal. The Wii build of the title is set to feature more than 150 levels, hidden labs, updated "state of the art blog physics," and a variety of bonuses. The game is being created by Ignition Banbury out of Europe.

Endless Ocean

  • Interaksi dengan biota laut, take a picture, berteman atau memberi makan
